I'm HOUGBENOU Jules Beau-Gard. I am a master's student in medical and molecular microbiology at UAC/Benin. I am passionate about bioinformatics and datascience. I learned pytho programming for machine learning, deep learning and bioinformatics. I also master the use of the Linux system, especially the Ubuntu distribution. In my spare time, I learn the C language for computer security. As for my Microbiology specialty, I am interested in subjects related to antibiotic resistance, in particular genetics and the physiology of resistance. I am also interested in the dissemination and persistence of resistance. As bacterial species of interest, I would say: Vibrio Cholerae, strains of Complex tuberculosis and multi-resistant pathogenic enterobacteria.
