I am professional software developer. Most of projects in my career was implemented using C++ programming language. When I joined to Rosalind.Info educational platform I was interested in trying a different approach to software development and I decided to choose Common Lisp programming language for problem solutions. Lately, I started new C++ project as framework for problem solutions with built-in unit tests and part of solutions were reimplemented in C++. Comparing these two approaches I would like to say that Common Lisp is more expressive and allows better concentration on problem solutions but project in modern C++ is more maintainable and implementation is also very expressive in case of choosing right architecture. I would like to say that studying bioinformatics was my hobby in my spare time. It was very interesting and I had a lot of fun.
